        郯城鴻銳電子有限公司亦正或?qū)⒅铝τ谠攲?shí)調(diào)查供應(yīng)鏈確保金(Au)、鉭(Ta)、(W)、鉆(Co)、錫(Sn)這類金屬并非透過無政府軍團(tuán)或非法集團(tuán)，由剛果民主共和國(guó)沖突區(qū)域之礦區(qū)開采或是循非法走私途徑取得。此外，下列國(guó)家出口之金屬皆不符合「無沖突規(guī)范」:剛果民主共和國(guó)(DRC)、盧安達(dá)(Rwanda)、烏干達(dá)(Uganda)、蒲隆地(Burundi)、坦尚尼亞(Tanzania)、肯亞(Kenya)(聯(lián)合國(guó)安全理事會(huì)認(rèn)定上述國(guó)家皆為剛果礦脈之礦產(chǎn))。
Tancheng Hongrui Electronics Co. ,Ltd is taking and will take due diligence within ousupply chain to assure “DRC Conflict-Free" for the metals of gold(Au), tantalum(Ta)tungsten(W), cobalt(Co) and tin(Sn) are not derived from or sourced from mines inconflict areas of the Democratic Republic ofCongo (DRC), or illegally taxed on traderoutes, either of which are controlled by non-governmental military groups, orunlawful military factions, Trade routes not confrmed to be “Conflict Free” includedirect exports from the DRC, as well as exports through Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi.Tanzania and Kenya (countries of whom the U.N, Security Council note are globalexport routes for DRC-mined minerals)
